FM 2493 Corridor Study

Tuesday, April 14, 2015 5:30 to 6:30 pm.

The study will collect data of travel patterns on nearly 14 miles of FM 2493, from the intersection of Old Jacksonville Highway and Loop 323 to where it connects to U.S. 69 in Bullard.

The beginning phases of the study will include collecting data in a long list of areas, including traffic patterns, pedestrian and bicyclist usage, turn lanes and grade separations, traffic signal timings and possible modifications, driveway consolidations and closures, neighborhood design along the corridor and possible improvements on parallel corridors to help alleviate traffic congestion, among others.
